Bad customer service and rude staff. They charge extra for utensils and don’t allow outside food now but before they did. And don’t even send the staff for basic needs. Total waste of money. Please don’t book here to ruin your experience.

⚠️THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM ⚠️ I've booked this HOTEL for 2 guests and got the confirmation too, but the manager modified the booking for 1 guest intentionally. After raising a complaint against them at oyo customer care, the executive said that " the hotel manager modified booking and denying to us, we have raised a complaint against the hotel, we're sorry, this booking can't be modified by our end" so i cancelled the booking. I'm warning you'll, don't book this hotel, manger and employees will charge you extra money and you'll be harrassed. Many guests faced the same problem in the reviews, I request you'll don't book this hotel. Note for the manager:" teri dukan jaldi band hogi, jyada din nhi chalne wala tera ye dhanda"

Located in prime location, though in a small street. The hotel is newly constructed, looks fresh painted, new toiletries, and is well maintained, but the walls are hollow, doors & windows have air gap, so has poor thermal and noise isolation. The hotel has tink bit of shady feeling. Would recommend for men, friends groups, but not for couples.

It was an average stay, I had trouble in the first hour of my stay where I was getting late for a meeting but didn't had towels, shower gel or least drinking water. I called thrice at the reception asking for them but there was not any concrete answer but giving lame excuses. In the end I got ready without shower & got late too. I asked for refund but their policy didn't allowed it which I challenged but they didn't had any proper answer. These hotels really need to step up their game & provide the basic amenities required for their guest to stay rather than harassing them over these small things.
